This is a great follow-up book to “Extreme Ownershipâ€. I feel that it is more practical as well, as the lessons are more relatable for inexperienced leaders. In the course of helping to develop new leaders at my company. This makes it much more likely that people who do not often read books will read them, learn from them, and perhaps continue reading.
