This book bless me so much, it hit right to the core of why we start these type of behaviors, the author guides you right to the center of the problem and he helps you to make peace with it! I will definitely finish my book!
I thought it would be more in depth. Guess I'll stick with GA meetings.
This book was very disappointing. I read it in an HOUR. There was no clear cut plan or guide it was just affirmation of quitting. Very strange “bookâ€.
This book got right to the point with the facts a true gambling addict goes through because the author was one at one time. I can't stand it when some "Dr." is there to help out. Just because they have the college degree doesn't mean they know & have felt how the true addict feels themselves.

Inspirational and practical book Fantastic book if you start on your gambling free journey. You could clearly sense that this book is written by a former gambler, and that appeals to me. No patronizing lessons, but a inspirational and practical messages all throughout the book.
