Just received this book. I REALLY wanted to love it because I do appreciate how it is laid out and the size is nice. However, there are a few fatal flaws: (1) this book doesn't include a "related to" section with each diagnosis, which would be very helpful when writing the "related to" section in diagnoses and (2) the index is not very helpful. Unfortunately I have to send it back and find a new one.
I’m a first semester RN student I hate this book. Took a class lecture to teach us how to use it still like “wtf?†I’m supposed to hate this book though.
